Troye Sivan performed on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on Monday, July 18th, 2016 and his performance is just one of the many reasons why we love him so much.
The “Youth” singer expressed on Twitter about how excited and nervous he was to be performing on the show just hours before the show was scheduled to air.
